FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method includes hot rolling with temperature at the end of rolling Tr.e= accelerated cooling at rate ensuring preservation of austenite to temperature at which sheets are reeled into rolls, where is temperature minimal stability of austenite in zone of ferrite-pearlite conversion. Cooling from temperature Tr.e to is admissible at rate ensuring preservation of at least 70% of austenite at the temperature of sheet reeling. EFFECT: provision of production of degenerated pearlite (pseudoeutectoid) in hot-rolled products ensuring high complex mechanical properties of low-carbon low-alloyed steel indicated in invention description. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
