FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: at deep drawing there is received slab from steel grade 20 or 15"ЮА" by means of forging or by rolling, or by moulding into mould, or by continuous casting, there is implemented its double rolling after heating till 980-1250°C in turn in mutually perpendicular directions with regulated degree of strain and with intercooling of rolled metal after the first rolling, final cooling and thermal treatment, at that degree of strain lengthwise and crosswise of slab axis is 50-95%, total degree of lengthwise and crosswise strain is at that in range 85-98% and defined by relation εsum={1-[(100-εlength)(100-εcross)]/1002}·100%, where ε length - degree of lengthwise strain relative to slab axis, εcross - degree of crosswise strain relative to slab axis, and temperature of the second rolling finish is 750-900°C, at that by the first version of method, intercooling of rolled metal after the first rolling is implemented till environment temperature, that by the second version of method intercooling of rolled metal after the first rolling is implemented till the temperature 500-600°C.
EFFECT: providing of isotropic mechanical properties and increasing of sheet formability.
