FIELD: drying of farm products. SUBSTANCE: drying the sunflower seeds is effected in fluidized bed in two stages: at first stage seeds are treated with air at temperature of 48 to 51 C and relationship of air pressure before grate to resistance of layer equal to 2.5-2.8; at second stage seeds are cooled by atmospheric air at simultaneous separation by mass and size. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
