FIELD: storage batteries and cells. SUBSTANCE: device has rectifier, ripple reactor, two electronic switches controlled by current transducer through amplifier, discharging unit, and spring-pulse generator incorporating storage capacitor, thyristor, and control resistor. During storage capacitor charging thyristor switches are open. During battery charging from capacitor, switches close on signal from current transducer. EFFECT: provision for setting unbalanced current frequency between 0.1 and 18 000 Hz depending on type of storage battery. 1 dwg
