FIELD: conversion engineering. SUBSTANCE: inverter has bridge with saturable reactor reactors connected in its arms; connected in series with saturable reactors in adjacent arms of bridge are current transducers whose outputs are connected, respectively, to first and second inputs of control unit through input electronic switch. Control system of input electronic switch provides for consistency between degree of polarity reversal of saturable reactors by reverse current and input switch turn-on time and for turning it off in zero-current region upon forward current pulse flow.
