SUBSTANCE: the stabilized DC voltage converter has a resonance inverter consisting of two series-connected transistors, inverter capacitor connected to one another and transformer with two primary windings and a secondary winding, the phase-shifting capacitor on one side is connected to the power source, and on the other side - to the lead of the primary winding, rectifier with diodes, which are connected to the secondary windings, and on the other side - are interconnected, to the reverse-biased diode and output filter, via a choke to the filter capacitor and the stabilization system consisting of interconnected voltage divider, pulse shaper, reference signal generator, pulse distributor, pulse amplifiers, input terminals, output terminals.
