If line is drawn in said symmetry plane from ridge vertex to side of ridge base that is directed to corresponding input cross-section of chamber, this line makes angle α1,2 with adjacent wide chamber wall, this angle conforms to condition π/2 ≥ α1,2> arctg h/2λ1,2,, where h is ridge height in waveguide mixing chamber with minimal cross-section, λ1,2- is wavelength of signal and heterodyne emission in corresponding waveguide having standard cross-section.
