FIELD: concentration of mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: sticky separator uses body 1 with endless band 2 located in it, which bends around drive (3) and driven (4) drums, smearing box 5, sprinkler 6, feeder 7, knife 8, hopper 9, muck receiving hopper 10, concentrate hopper 11. Drive drum 3 os rotated by a drive. The axle of driven drum 4 is rigidly coupled with vibrator 14 and installed on shock absorbers 13 for vertical movement. The band upper branch is smeared with sticky mass through a slot in smearing box 5. After smearing water is fed from sprinkler 6, feeder 7 and vibrator 14 are actuated. Source material from hopper 9 is fed to the zone of separation to the band sticky surface, where it is subjected to vibration directed normally to the band surface, the amplitude grows with approach of material to the extraction zone. Oleophobic particles get attached to the band surface, and oleophobic ones are not attached. When the band transfers to drum 4, vibrations change direction. Oleophobic particles come off and get into hopper 10. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
