FIELD: soil artificial freezing. SUBSTANCE: thermal siphon has underground column and above ground heat exchanger, both are generated by external and internal tubes. External tubes are joint to one another through concentric adapter. Internal tube of the heat exchanger are communicated with inter-tube passage of the column through eccentric adapter. Internal tube of the column is communicated with inter-tube passage of the heat exchanger through by-pass fixture. The by-pass fixture represents tube outlet bent at 30° angle. One end of the outlet is put on internal tube of the column, the other is welded in wall of eccentric adapter at the portion with slope generatrices. External tube of the heat exchanger has of bigger diameter than external tube of the column. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
