FIELD: chemical, metallurgical industries. SUBSTANCE: aerodynamic plant has loading and unloading branch pipes, a pneumatic force pump with an accumulating chamber and a booster pipe introduced into the dynamic chamber with repelling boards and a dust exhaust fen. The plant is equipped with a laser and flexible threads mounted in the booster pipe, infra-red sources and ultraviolet vibrators set up in the accumulating chamber and a dust extractor. The repelling boards in the dynamic chamber are made rotatable and are mounted checkered. Through the dust extractor, the dust exhaust fan is connected with the pneumatic force pump by means of an air duct. The loose material goes to the booster pipe where the granules are picked up by accelerated flow of the heated and ionized air as a result of the action of the pneumatic force pump, the infra-red source and the ultraviolet heaters. The material granules are exposed to the laser and to the impact of flexible threads which purify them. Then the granules fly into the biconical dynamic chamber where the granules repeatedly knock against the rotating shields, are self-purified and flow downwards. The dust-like particles go away to the dust extractor through the air ducts. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 5 dwg
