SUBSTANCE: steel has the following ratio of components, wt. -% carbon 0.006-0.04; silicon 0.3-0.9; chrome 18-22; manganese 5-7; nickel 13-16; molybdenum 2-2.5; niobium 0.15-0.25; nitrogen 0.25-0.4; vanadium 0.006-0.25; magnesium 0.001-0.01; calcium 0.001-0.01, and iron the rest at condition of ratio given in invention description. Steel shows increased strength against pitted and slotted corrosion, absence of tendency to corrosion cracking under the stress. EFFECT: enhanced quality of steel. 3 tbl
