FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has an attached frame with a supporting member, a plow with a plowshare and blades. The plowshare cutting edge has oval form to be able to envelope the pipe line from the upper side. The device has a lifting trolley in the form of a swinging traverse on bearings with vertical guides, different in height. The guides have roller bearings and the plowshare has semicylindric bed. The lifting trolley is connectable to the attached frame by means of a flexible tie member of controllable length. A removable cable is optionally attached to the plow frame.
