FIELD: oil extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: borehole device body is made of assembled of spaced in respect to each other in axial direction rigid staple-shaped rings of smaller and bigger diameters, located coaxially forming flexible cylinder. Ring of bigger diameter are overlapping intervals in row of smaller diameter rings. Soft soundproof binding material is applied on inner and outer surfaces of cylinder and in cavity between rings.
