FIELD: well drilling; applicable in monitoring of bottomhole parameters in course of well drilling. SUBSTANCE: bottomhole telemetering system has downhole instrument casing accommodating electronic unit with transducers, for instance, inclinometric ones, device for transmission of information through electromagnetic and/or hydraulic communication channels, and generator located downward. Downhole instrument is installed in insert in drill pipe string above bottomhole motor. Generator is kinematically connected through flexible connection directly or through multiplier, or via directly by coupling. Installed above inclinometric transducers may be communication hydraulic channel pulser whose upper part may have partition with holes for passage of drilling mud. One or several said holes are closed with sealing plugs. Windows for passage of drilling mud may be made on both sides of partition. Installed between said windows are diaphragm and valve. Insert in drill pipe string may be provided with device of axial fixation made in form of landing seat and shear pin. Downhole instrument casing has device for radial fixation of downhole instrument casing inside insert to drill pipe string. Said radial fixation device is made in form of projection and recess. Installed in casing of retrievable downhole instrument may be power supply battery. Insert into drill pipe string may have power splitter. Multiplier may be made in form of planetary reducing gear, and flexible connection, in form of rope length. System may have catcher for connection with lock of removable device.
