Abstract RU 2039255 C1

FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: force member for breakage of monolithic objects consists of end holders and hold-down nuts and sections of punch pair located between said holders and nuts along flexible expansion member. Punches in each section are installed to form cylinders with longitudinal inner channel for accommodation of flexible expansion chamber and radial expanding member. Each punch has radial recess enveloping projection of pair punch which is located along cylinder element. Installed inside chamber is wall with longitudinal groove on side surface of tie. Working fluid flows over-said groove to get into flexible expansion chamber. Force member has pipe union connected with hydraulic system, cone clamps with channel to pass working fluid and thread to connect tie ends. Tie has different-hand thread and splines at its end to take up clearance between longitudinal external parts of force member. Ends of flexible expansion chamber are tightly clamped between inner surface of end holder and outer cone surface of clamps. When working fluid is fed to flexible working chamber punches are moved apart in radial direction to break blast hole walls. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 4 dwg
