SUBSTANCE: in order to raise degree of implementation of organic semiconductor cathode coating and its stability at high temperature of 85 C and rated voltage of U1 6,3B, compound has pyrol C4H5N 3 to 50 mass percent, organic peroxide meeting common formula R-O-O-R′, where R is alkyl-, aryl-, acyl-, cycloalkyl-, R=R′ or R is not equal to R′ 4 to 10 mass-percent; n is toluenesulfonic acid (CH3-C6H4-SO3H) (1÷8) wt.-% solvent is the rest. EFFECT: improved degree of implementation of capacity (C/Ca 85-93%) and its stability ΔC/C 4,3 5,1% under electric heat load. 1 tbl
