FIELD: treatment of food products. SUBSTANCE: SHF-installation for dilution of viscous products, mainly honey, comprises metal container 10 with a throat, SHF-energy source 2 with waveguide 3 and device 4 for directing of the flow of SHF energy into treated product and draining the diluted product from the container. Device 4 has a form of a piece of round waveguide with a communication hole in its side surface. Located on the end of the round waveguide is funnel-shaped short-circuiting device 11 with a tubular channel for draining the diluted product. The short-circuiting device is positioned at a distance from the communication hole equal to λ/4 where λ - length of E10 type vibration wave in the piece of the round waveguide at the generating frequency of the SHF-energy source. The outlet hole of the round waveguide is closed with a perforated radio-transparent disc. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 2 dwg
