FIELD: physics. SUBSTANCE: superhigh-frequency furnace includes heating chamber which upper wall has hole for input of SHF energy, SHF generator, section of waveguide, communication device, radiator, short-circuiting switch, screen manufactured in the form of rectangular plate, dielectric stand, regulator of tilting of section of waveguide mounted on outer surface of upper wall of heating chamber and made fast to section of waveguide. Radiator and screen are made of material conducting electromagnetic waves. Communication device is produced in the form of section of coaxial line. Surface of upper wall of heating chamber is corrugated. Radiator in the form of disc is mounted for movement in horizontal plane and is linked to lower end of internal section of coaxial line. Upper end of internal conductor has shape of hemisphere and is positioned inside section of waveguide located with gap relative to upper wall of heating chamber. Screen is movably coupled to lower end of section of coaxial line. Upper conductor is connected with its upper end to section of waveguide. Stand to place product is rotary.
