FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hood 1 composed of open cylindric shell and fixed end faces 2 and 3, through which supply lines 5 are brought through small windows 4 in the end faces. The incubator has a rotation device to turn the hood about its longitudinal axis 0-0 at an arbitrary angle. The rotation device has two rolling contact bearings 6 and 7 and cantilever 8. Internal open rings 9 and 10 of the bearings are fixed outside of hood 1 and external rings 11 and 12 are mounted on cantilever 8. Rolling contact bearing revolution bodies are made in the form of rollers 13 mounted on axles 14 fixed on external rings 11 and 12. Rollers 13 are conic in shape. The vertices of the roller cones in the case of bearings 6 and 7 are oppositely directed, for example, facing each other. The sum of the central angles of the separation segments for each pair of internal and external rings 9- 11 and 10-12 is not less than 180 degrees. Cantilever 8 is pivotal with the rotation axis shifted relative to that of the hood and has two counterweights 11. Bed 16 for baby to lay on is located inside of the incubator. The bed is installed on flooring 18. The hood is thickened with its end face edges 21 and 22 in end faces 2 and 3 and with its frontal and longitudinal and rear edges on flooring 18 EFFECT: preserved microclimate conditions permitting arbitrary manipulations inside the working space. 3 cl, 2 dwg
