FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this apparatus incorporates hermetically sealed chamber 1 communicating with gas delivery system, thin-walled flexible tube 7 disposed in chamber 1 and attached by its approximate end portion to guide tube 2, drainage tubes 13 made in the form of drain lines whose one approximate end portion and end portion of flexible tube are secured to branch pipe 2 located inside hollow organ. Opposite end portions of these members freely protrude from other end of flexible tube 7. With flexible tube 7 moving inside intestine in rolling-over fashion, drain lines move in the same rolling-over manner. EFFECT: greater flexibility of drain tube; prevention of injuries to walls of hollow organ. 2 cl, 3 dwg
