FIELD: printing machines. SUBSTANCE: printing machine printer's ink apparatus roller cover has layer, made of first material and provided with pits, that are filled with second material. Special feature of cover is that its first material is oleophilic metal and second material is mainly resistant to wear hydrophilic material. In the case mainly resistant to wear hydrophilic material overlaps layer of oleophilic metal. Method to manufacture cover for printing machine printer's ink apparatus roller has stages of first material layer application, of filling pits with second material and corresponding treatment of surfaces.
