FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: method for production of plasticizer for cement- concrete mixes includes sulfurization of initial aromatic oil products in form of acid tar of PAREX process with acid number within 700-1030 mg KOH/g; treatment with alkali in form of 10-20% aqueous solution of NaOH; condensation with formaldehyde at 65-75 C for 100-120 min with acid tar-to-formaldehyde ratio of 1:0.1; introduction of commercial lignosulfonates or evaporated molasses residue in ratio of 1:(0.65-0.75), respectively; stirring of mixture at 75-85 C for 30-40 min; additional introduction of formaldehyde with acid-tar-formaldehyde ratio of 1:(0.03-0.05) and subsequent condensation at 80-90 C for 60 min. In this case, acid tar-to- formaldehyde-to-commercial lignosulfonates (or evaporated molasses residue) ratio is from 1:0.13:0.65 to 1:0.15:0.75. Introduction of plasticizer increases mobility of concrete mix by 2-5 times that saves cement by 10-15% Concrete strength increases by 25-30% EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
