SUBSTANCE: raw mix for manufacturing cellular-concrete products, wall blocks, wall panels, and complex roof slabs contains, wt %: cement 35.0-39.0, fly ashes with specific surface area 2800-5000 cm2/g - 35.0-39.0, extraction-colophony air-entraining resin 0.11-0.17 and carboxymethylcellulose 0.05-0.07 (both foaming agents), superplasticizer 0.4-1.4, and water - the balance.
EFFECT: increased strength of foamed concrete, expanded resource of raw materials, and reduced power consumption due to use of fly ashes from heat-and power stations.
