FIELD: manufacture of reinforced concrete and concrete articles for various structures. SUBSTANCE: proposed additive contains modifying agent and plasticizer with hydrocarbon radical; used as hydrocarbon radical is liquid porolysis product of solid combustible minerals and two modifying agents in form of hexamethylenetetramine and coil sludge - oil processing waste at the following ratio: plasticizer: hexamethylenetetramine: oil sludge, mass-%, respectively: 25.00-45.00 : 0.05-5.00 : 50.0-70.00. Proposed method is effected through modifying plasticizer by hexamethylenetetramine and oil sludge - liquid oil processing waste, heating of blend followed by isothermal curing period at temperature not higher than 160 C; used as plasticizer is liquid product of porolysis of solid combustible minerals at the following ratio: plasticizer: hexamethylenetetramine: oil sludge equal to respectively, mass-%: 25.00-45.00 : 0.05-5.00 : 50.00-70.00.
