FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: device has vertical cylindric casing with technological branch pipes, aerator and shaft with mixing members. The whole casing is manufactured from a tube having the form of a coil which turns are welded together one to another forming the casing wall, bottom and upper part or wall only or the casing is made in the form of separate coil sections made of tubes linked with connection member, in which case the tube or tubes are provided with branch pipes for supplying and discharging sterilizing steam and cooling agent. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in creating prescribed conditions favorable for producing microorganisms. 4 dwg
