FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device has vertical cylindric casing with bottom, mixer mounted inside and having vertical shaft with blades spaced along the height of the shaft. A shell having cylindric and conic parts is mounted with clearance in the casing around the shaft with blades. The conic part narrowing downward is positioned above the bottom. Each mixer blade has two plates bent in the form of a part of revolution paraboloid. Blades are fixed in perpendicular and opposite to each other, so that their lower edges are on the same line. The area of one of the blades is greater than that of the other one. Each following blade, when moving upward, is turned in horizontal plane at 40-50 degrees relative to the lower blade.
