FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor-piston engine has pistons 4 which is in rocking motion transmitted to crank shafts 22 and gear wheels 23 via connecting rods 20 and gear wheels which engage gear toothing 25 of the housing having outer teeth. As a result, piston motions are converted into rotation of rotor 2. System made up as four connecting rods 20 defines static indefiniteness of position of the middle axis of connection of pistons 4 with a bushing. To eliminate loads arisen a flexible toothing 25 and housing 1 are interconnected flexibly. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 13 cl, 4 dwg
