FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and may be used in automotive or piston engines of internal combustion. Geared damper crank-and-rod mechanism contains bearings, connecting rod (5), prison pin (4), fly-wheel (9), crank-type transformers as per number of cylinders and transmission. Transmission includes shafts (7) with pinions being installed on them (8). Transformers contain axes (2) with toothed wheels (3) being installed on them. The axes are fixed to crank case (1) of internal combustion engine. The connecting rod is installed on a pin (4) between two toothed wheels (3). The toothed wheels (3) are engaged into gripping so that number of mutual revolutions with flywheels (8) may be reduced. The reverse reduction is possible due to tooth wheel (3) being interlocked with flywheel (9). The toothed wheels are made up from toothed ring and housing with common rotation axis. The above mentioned ring and housing are capable of making mutual angular vibration displacement. Resilient interaction between ring and housing is realised as shock-absorbing and buffer gears.
EFFECT: reduced unbalanced masses and simplified design of crank-and-rod mechanism and improved unification of internal combustion engine.
