FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: first and second optical signals are formed by splitting of initial supershort pulse, first one of them being inverted in time. First and second optical signals are brought together in nonlinear crystal on which generation of second harmonic is produced. Signals of spectrum based on initial optical pulse are formed from first and second optical signals. Dynamic spectrogram of radiation signal of second harmonic is registered by which shape and phase of single supershort light pulse is judged. EFFECT: expanded application field of method. 1 dwg
