SELECTOR SWITCH Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: lifting and transportation machinery. SUBSTANCE: selector switch has housing with cover and insert, control handle with reset mechanism, guides with contact elements converting angular movement into control signals. Selector switch has arc-shaped lever with axle-shafts on ends which is movably coupled with end of control handle provided with slot. Axle is fitted in slot square to arc-shaped lever. Carriers and guides with spring-loaded contacts are installed on ends of arc-shaped lever and axle. Secured on switch housing are: plate with contact paths at side of guides and sectors with holes at side of carriers provided with spring-loaded balls on ends. Self-reset mechanism is made in form of two pairs of levers, each pair being intercoupled by spring and installed on relatively perpendicular sides of housing at side of carriers. Stops are located on housing between free ends of levers. Contact paths are made in form of printed circuit boards covered by wear resistant material. Insert in selector switch cover consists of two parts. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation. 3 cl, 6 dwg
