SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus functions according to ultrasonic method and comprises metallic cylindrical casing divided by metallic partition into two compartments, one of which houses power supply source, while other compartment is sealed and houses electronic unit. Latter is attached to casing by layer of highly adhesive mastic applied onto inner surface of casing.
