FIELD: incandescent lamp manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: lamp bulb is mounted in mould which is electrically insulated. Lamp terminals are positioned and attached to one another by base material which fills mould in its part designed for base. Then product is thermally processed when temperature is increased in steps. Said mould has two equal sections which are mounted on two parallel guides and have internal grooves which length is equal to lamp length. Surfaces of sections are faced to one another. Shape of sections follows shape of lamp. Before said attachment the sections of mould are brought together until cell is produced where lamp is positioned. Later on sections are tied. Aluminum-phosphate compound is used for forming base. Temperature during thermal processing is increased up to 200-210 C and this temperature is kept for 15-20 minutes. Thermal processing is preceded with drying at temperature 80-110 C during 60-90 minutes. EFFECT: increased field of application. 2 cl, 4 dwg
