FIELD: electrical engineering, manufacture of various heat sources of light. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of luminous elements for heat sources of light involves imparting wolfram wire with shape of spiral, degreasing of spiral, annealing of spiral to remove stress, cutting of spiral, etching of spiral to remove core, manufacture of luminous elements. Operation of ion-plasma treatment of luminous elements carried out in working chamber in glowing discharge of inert gas is added. Anode current in this case is from 1.0 to 2.0 A, anode voltage from 400.0 to 600.0 V, pressure of inert gas from 2•10-5 to 3•10-4 mm Hg, time of curing in glow discharge from 3 to 10 min. EFFECT: prolonged service life, diminished decay of luminous flux, increased reliability of operational characteristics of heat sources of light. 6 dwg
