FIELD: microwave devices. SUBSTANCE: device has two transmission wave guides and a piece of beyond- cutoff waveguide which is positioned between pieces. Section of beyond-cutoff waveguide is shaped as cross. Dielectric insertions which sizes are adjusted to achieve resonance are mounted in piece of beyond-cutoff waveguide. Said dielectric insertions fill part of height of piece of beyond-cutoff waveguide and are fixed by couple of parallel walls of piece of beyond-cutoff waveguide. Corners of ridges of piece of beyond-cutoff waveguide contain symmetrical longitudinal grooves which fix at least one dielectric insertion. Dielectric insertions are adjusted in frequency by screws.
