FIELD: SHF equipment. SUBSTANCE: section of rectangular below cutoff waveguide is installed between two waveguides of key path. Dielectric inserts of resonance dimensions are located along axis of section of rectangular below-cutoff waveguide. Extreme dielectric inserts have width smaller than width of section of rectangular below cutoff waveguide and height equal to its height. The rest of dielectric inserts have width equal to width of section of rectangular below cutoff waveguide. Description of invention gives relationship for selection of height of dielectric inserts positioned between extreme dielectric inserts and conditions for positioning of elements of frequency adjustment of dielectric inserts.
