FIELD: laser location. SUBSTANCE: laser with self-conjugate cavity has phase plates λ/4 between lenses and mirrors of cavity, polarizer between lenses, passive modulator of laser Q-factor, membrane in common focal point of lenses, electrically controlled plates of time-space light modulator, which is positioned in cavity near cavity mirrors, programming control unit, power supply of electrically controlled plates for supplying them by voltage which differs from quarter-wave one by value that depends on electrode number. This results in stabilization of amplitude of generation pulses during scanning, decreased level of control voltage at electrodes of time-space light modulator, increased speed of space scanning.
