FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cup 1 with fastening teeth 2, rim 3 threaded for nut 4 and internal recess threaded for locking washer 6. Ball-shaped head 8 is in cup 1 with eccentrically threaded channel 9 for one end of neck 10 to be placed in with lock nut 11. The other end of neck 10 is screwed into eccentric threaded channel 12 of leg member 13 with lock nut 14. Leg member 13 has conic form and is stepwise divided by cylindric notches 15. Supporting plate 17 is screwed on upper part of leg member 13. Rotation-locking vertical grooves 18 are made on the conic steps 16 of leg 13. A canal for collecting abrasive material and its settler are made in the lower part of cup 1. EFFECT: long service life and high reliability of the prosthesis. 2 cl, 5 dwg
