FIELD: medicine, particularly, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: this dental implant includes intraosteal under-root portion. Inner osteal portion of dental implant is tapered pin having retention thread. Neck of tapered pin is made in the form of cylindrical pin having thread that starts in opposition to thread of intraosteal portion. Thread of neck is triangular in profile. Supraosteal portion of dental implant has hexagonal profile and its cross-section is smaller than that of neck to which is connected cylindrical base by means of threaded joint. External thread of this cylindrical base has the same pitch as internal thread. Upper end face portion of cylindrical base has star-like slit and lower end face portion abuts against end face portion of tapered pin. Screwed on neck protruding from cylindrical base is coupling rib shaped as threaded washer having planar openings. Artificial tooth made in the form of nonmetallic crown having semi-solid plastic insert is cemented onto dental implant portion protruding from jawbone. Semi-solid plastic insert is firmly attached to tooth crown. Inner walls of this insert have annular grooves. It is advisable that disclosed dental implant be used in sphere of dental prosthetics. EFFECT: greater security of fixation of dental implant, that is, artificial dentures and prostheses in jawbone. 4 dwg
