FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has head, cylindrical neck, threaded trochanteric member, leg, locking screw, lock nut and spherical body. Cylindrical cup having threaded canal for receiving the neck, has its base fixed on spherical body. The lock nut is mounted on the neck between cup end face and spherical body having neck-immersing level fixable in the cup. The locking screw has socket and mating socket key and surface congruent to the spherical body engageable with it. The locking screw is threadedly mounted on the same side with external trochaneric member part.

EFFECT: controllable and fixable neck length and angles; excluded neck member end projection in external trochaneric member part.
