FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing 1, heater 7 with thermostat 3 and power cord 11 for connecting the heater to the power supply source and removable cushion 22 and thermoconducting cotton cover 24 with fastening members mounted on the lateral surface of heater 7 and also heat-retaining plate 12 mounted on the external surface of heater 7 by means of fastening members. The cushion is made of cotton, impregnated with medication 21 and placed between plate 12 and cover 24. Casing 1 has handle 10, fastening members of plate 12 are ball-points locks. Holes are made on the lateral surface of plate 12 for semicircular flexible ring to be inserted. Cushion 22 is made of a set of balls. A fastening member of cover 24 is ring-shaped spring peripherally enveloping the cover and being engageable with groove in heater 7. The surface heat-retaining plate 12 is engageable with cushion 22 and is optionally convex or concave.
