FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to therapeutic apparatuses for pain relief. A portable heat treatment apparatus comprises a thermal container for a thermal compound containing iron powder to ensure min. 10 degrees Celsius of temperature contrast as related to a skin surface temperature, and at least two thermally-conductive components between the thermal container and skin. The components have a surface area elevated above a plane of the thermal container with one of the two thermally-conductive components more elevated, than the other one. The components have the thermal conductivity within the range of 10 W/mK to 250 W/mK, the width of 5 mm to 50 mm and the height 5 mm to 50 mm, and provides the thermal and massage effect when placed in a close proximity from the user's skin. A method for the massage effect alongside with the thermal effect on the user consists in placing the portable apparatus into a piece of clothing and placing the piece of clothing in a close proximity from the user's skin for 1 to 16 hours. The therapeutic device comprises the wearable piece of clothing having at least one pocket for placing the portable heat treatment apparatus.
EFFECT: using the invention enables extending the range of technical equipment for heat treatment.
