FIELD: filtering. SUBSTANCE: filtering device has cylindric housing with detachable cover and bottom interconnected through a valving unit, collector for collecting water and discharging filtrate constructed as perforated pipe mounted at the axis of the housing, and filtering member arranged around the pipe. The filtering member is made up as stacks of flat filtering baffles arranged between flow dispensing and drain members having the penetrable base and made up as ring disks. Each of the flow dispensing and drain members is provided with sealing spacer made of a polymeric material and rigidly secured to the penetrable base and ring linings. The sealing spacer is arranged over the inner periphery inside the flow dispensing member. Ring spacers are mounted on both sides of the outer periphery of the ring disk while the arranging of them inside the drain member is counter. The height of the sealing spacers are equal to the sum of the heights of two linings and penetrable base. The penetrable base is preferably made of a metallic net.
