FIELD: mixing materials. SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1, and high speed shaft 2 provided with radially secured cantilevers 5 and received in the housing. Each of the cantilevers has vertical rods staggeringly secured to adjacent cantilevers 5. The mass is mixed at closed discharging port 10 and cover 9. Rods 6, the height of which decreases in the direction to the wall of housing 1, provide uniform distribution of mass over the whole space of the housing when shaft 2 rotates. Brushes 7 secured to the bottom plane of cantilevers 5 prevent against settling mass to bottom 4 of housing 1. Device 8 serves for feeding wetting liquid. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
