CENTRIFUGAL MULTISTAGE CRUSHER Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal multistage crusher has cylindrical housing with vertical working body consisting of runaway disks with beaters 18 on them. Ring-shaped overfilling shelves with stationary deflecting plates are fixed on the inner side of housing. Fettling plates are disposed between deflecting plates. There are nozzle members under overfilling shelves on the shell which is encased in ring-shaped gas-distributing collector 10 equipped with branch pipe for heat carrier supply. The crusher is equipped with branch pipes 2 and 4 for charging and discharging of material, branch pipe 7 for taking off the dust-air mixture. The new feature lies in the following: installation of runaway blades along the whole length of beaters, availability of concave surface in part of deflecting plates, additional cylinders of different diameters embracing runaway disks which are the first from above, availability of the ring-shaped gas-distributing collector and nozzle members.
