FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body with branch pipes of polymer inlet and outlet and gas-shaped agent and mixer. Body is made of two symmetric branch pipes 1 and 2, lower parts of which have gas-shaped agent distribution chambers 3. Reverse drums 6 and 7 are located in chambers 3 with wound up strips 8. Strips 8 are bending over tores 9 and their free ends are fixed in branch pipes. Tores 9 are capable for reciprocation and branch pipes 1 and 2 lower parts are connected by gas-shaped agent bypass system and with granulated polymer carry off system 20. Upper parts of branch pipes are connected by bypass system of granulated polymer with gas-shaped agent. In the case, gas-shaped agent distribution chamber 3 of one branch pipe communicates with agent feeding system 4, and another branch pipe distribution chamber - with agent carry off system 5.
