FIELD: transport; antislip devices. SUBSTANCE: device has flexible lever 10 connected in one plane to vehicle and carrying on its free end turnable pulley 16 provided with links of chain 17 over circumference. Lever has row of positioning members fastened on clamping means and embracing at least one flexible means which provides curved shape of lever in neitral position. With pulling means 15 cut in, positioning members build up set stable in position, and pulley 16 is shifted downwards being pressed to one of vehicle wheels.
