FIELD: water-development works. SUBSTANCE: method consists in feeding water via water line from basin to chamber for raising its level and receiving water by basin for lowering its level in chamber. Specific feature of method consists in feeding water from basin to chamber due to shifting the watertight structure mounted in basin towards water line and feeding water to basin due to shifting of above-mentioned structure in opposite direction.
