FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrotechnical construction. Shipping lock comprises chamber 1 with walls 2, 5 and bottom 6, upper and lower head with gate, additional board 11 with device for moving 13, bath 12, seal rings 3 and variable volume tank 15. Device is equipped with upstream and downstream end walls, recesses 18, support rails, pit 20, pump 21, inlet 22 and outlet 23 bottom pipelines. Walls 2, 5 of chamber 1 are parallel to longitudinal axis of the lock and have inner vertical plane on the side of chamber 1. In wall 2 there are slots for rings 3 with possibility of vertical movement along them. Wall 5 is shifted from longitudinal axis of the lock. Bottom end wall is arranged perpendicular to longitudinal axis of chamber 1 and is arranged adjoining to the lower head and on the other side to shifted wall 5 of chamber 1, with high-altitude marks of the top edge and base corresponding to marks of top edge and base at the lower head. Top end wall is arranged perpendicular to longitudinal axis of chamber 1 and is arranged adjoining on one side to the upper head and on the other side to shifted wall 5 of chamber 1, with high-altitude mark of the upper edge corresponding to mark of upper edge of the upper head and high-altitude mark of base corresponding to elevation of the lower head base. Extra board 11 is arranged vertically inside chamber 1 parallel to its longitudinal axis and is made in form of vertical gate with a seal from elastic material in the form of a strip located along the outline of its bottom and side faces, and consists of vertical support posts, horizontal crossbars, ribs and skin. Extra board 11 is equipped with rollers arranged in lower part of vertical support stands resting on support rails with possibility of horizontal movement along it relative to longitudinal axis of chamber 1 in the direction of shifted wall 5 with preservation of its vertical position by changing the width of bath 12 and variable- volume tank 15. Proposed device 13 for additional board 11 displacement is composed from hydraulic devices, which cylinders are arranged in shifted wall 5 of chamber 1 and in recesses, and moving rods are arranged in variable- volume tank 15 and are connected with extra board 11. Recesses 18 are made in the form of fixed slots in soil and are arranged on outer side of chamber 1 on the side of shifted wall 5 of chamber 1. Support rails are arranged at the bottom of chamber 1 perpendicular to longitudinal axis of the chamber. Pit 20 is made in the form of cavity in bottom 6 of chamber 1 and is placed in variable volume tank 15 nearby angular zone formed by bottom 6 and shifted wall 5 of chamber 1. Pump 21 is arranged in recess 18. Inlet 22 and outlet 23 bottom pipelines are arranged in bottom 6 with the possibility of pumping water from the variable volume tank 15 into bath 12. Inlet bottom pipeline 22 is connected with pit 20 and pump 21 and discharge bottom pipeline 23 is connected with pump 21 and bath 12.
EFFECT: reduced material intensity of navigational gateway, higher reliability and high effectiveness of repair of the device for transfer of additional board and reservoir variable in the volume.
