FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor internal combustion engine has housing 1 and rotor 2 provided with blades 3 defining working chambers 4 in the body of rotor 2 opened from one end. Rotor 2 is mounted on fixed axle 5 provided with force ring 6 having groove 7 and recess 8. Rotor 2 is mounted inside housing 1 eccentrically so that the open end faces of a part of working chambers 4 are overlapped by the inner surface of the wall of housing 1. Radial opening 11 and opening 12 are made in the body of rotor 2 at the bottom part of each working chamber 4. Piston 13 with roller 14 is received in the opening 11. Openings 11 and 12 are in communication with respective working chamber 4. Discharging passage 17 is made in the base of housing 1. The passage connects the space of working chamber 4 with internal space of the engine housing at the instance of coincident of its inlet opening with the open face of working chamber 4 when rotor 2 rotates. Housing 1 of the engine is partially filled with a liquid. The free space above the liquid is in communication with the ambient through a reduction valve. When the engine is in working cycle suction stroke is carried out at the instance of overlapping of the working chamber by the wall of housing 1 and setting roller 14 in recess 8. The working fluid is ignited at the instance of coincidence of the open face of working chamber 4 with the inlet opening of discharging passage 17 and going rolling 14 out of recess 8.
