SUBSTANCE: when lever 52 is depressed, plunger 51 and rod 46 move down, thus admitting the gas from bottle 42 to chamber 36 and the n to reservoir 13 containing liquid to be aerated via flexible tube 30. When lever 52 is released, spring 43 is straightened forcing rod 46 to move upward; as a result, rod 46 closes valve unit 45 returning plunger 51 to its initial upper position. Housing 39 may be provided with breakable diaphragm 55 for relief of excessive pressure from bottle 42. Lever 52 may be depressed when head 11 is close to fully hinged position since it is rigidly connected with plate which makes it possible to depress lever 52.
